To achieve these masterful works of art, Ray spends countless hours researching the person or event he wants to paint. He looks up every scrap of information that can be found and reads it all before conceptualizing what will be put on the page.
After completing his research, Ray begins to sketch his ideas with paper and pencil. Every intricate detail in his work started as a pencil sketch. After working diligently on the concept, it forms a mighty storytelling machine that is the final piece of art.
